SchoolSpeak has an online directory of all members in the
community – administrators, teachers, parents, students
and external vendors (such as bookkeeper or lunch caterer).
You decide what information should go into the directory
and whether it should be accessible by parents or only by
the administrators. |

Given the permission, a user can look up
a person by name or an email address, list the teachers,
students and parents in a class or group. The member directory
can hold contact details such as email, address, phone number
and associations, parent, student, and advisor. Emergency
contact details can be seen only by administrators. |
