$100.00 - check made payable to St. Catherine of Siena Catholic School, credit card in the front office or by calling the front office

Important: All athletes must have signed the Athletic Handbook, Concussion Form, Athletic Waiver, and a current physical on file before participating. If your athlete’s physical is over a year old, a new one will be required. Please ensure that the physical is turned in before the first practice
