How It Works

Come enjoy dinner as a family during Family Fun Night! Use this form to pre-order your pizza.

Pre-Order Options:

• 🍕 Whole Large Pizza (Cheese or Pepperoni) – $13 each

  • Includes 8 slices per pizza

• 🍕 Individual Slices (Cheese or Pepperoni) – $2 per slice

🧻 Plates and napkins will be provided.
⏰ Pizzas will be available in the dining room from 5:30–6:30 PM.

Important Notes

• ❗Whole pizzas are pre-order only.

• ⚠️ Limited slices will be sold at the event, but not guaranteed without a pre-order.

Payment Information

You may pay online by credit card 💳 or select “Pay Later” and send cash 💵 or a check 📝 (labeled Family Pizza) to the office no later than Tuesday, December 2 at 9:00 AM.
🚫 No payment = No pizza.
A 3.5% credit card convenience fee applies.
