Applications for the 2024-2025 school year are CLOSED.  Please call the main office with any questions.
 
Applications for the 2025-2026 school year will open December 9th, 2024. 

If you are applying for multiple children please submit complete applications for each child.

  • Complete application checklist:
    • Completed Application
    • Birth Certificate
    • Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
    •  Preliminary Request for Records Form (please submit to your child's current school --1st - 8th grade) They will send the records we need to complete the application.
