New Student Application Form
Thank you for your interest in applying to Holy Rosary School
 
For each child applying to Holy Rosary School, you must submit:
 
New Student Application Form
$300 per student security deposit (payable to HRS) 
*Deposit is non-refundable if you choose not to enroll. 
 
After completion of these items, you will also be asked to submit:
1) Birth Certificate
2) Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
3) Complete Record of Immunizations (including Kindergarten boosters)
