2026–2027 New Student Admissions Guide

• New family applications open: November 1, 2025

• Applications processed: in the order received

• Admission: subject to space availability and school policy

• Tuition & fees for 2026–2027: available January 8, 2026

1. NEW STUDENTS – Kindergarten through 8th Grade

Step 1: Complete the Online Application

• Only one parent per family needs to complete the application.

• Pay the $125 Application & Assessment Fee (Non-Refundable) - At the end of the online application.  

Step 2: Complete the Tuition Payment Preference Form

Step 3: Set up a FACTS Account for Tuition Payments

• Required if you are not paying tuition in full by May 1, 2026.

• FACTS payment plan number starts with a “1”.

• Link to create account: FACTS Tuition Payment Setup

• Families paying in full do not need a FACTS account.

Step 4: Complete the Catholic Parish Affiliation Tuition Rate Form (if applicable)

Step 5: Gather and Submit Required Documents

• Documents may be scanned and emailed to ipesa@scswf.org.

Required Documents:

• Birth Certificate

• Immunization Records

• Baptismal Record and First Communion (if applicable)

Forms to Print, Complete, and Submit:

• Letter of Release for Student Records

• Confidential Teacher Recommendation Form:

  • Confidential Teacher Recommendation For Grades 1–8 : give/send to current teacher

  • Confidential Teacher Recommendation Form Rising Kindergarteners : (if previously in PreK): give/send to current teacher

Optional Documents (to speed up processing):

• Recent Report Card and/or Progress Report

• Copy of IEP and assessments related to specific needs

Important: All forms must be completed, submitted, and the application fee paid before moving to the next step, which is scheduling an assessment.

2. TRANSFER STUDENTS

(In addition to the steps above, transfer applicants must submit the following)

Required Documents:

• Copies of the most recent Report Card and/or Progress Report

• Completed and Signed Request for Records Form

• Confidential Teacher Recommendation Form

  • Must be mailed directly to St. Catherine of Siena by the student’s prior school

Note: Applications are incomplete without these documents, and the review cannot proceed.

3. PRESCHOOL STUDENTS

Step 1: Complete the Online Application

Step 2: Complete the Preschool Tuition Payment Preference Form

• Download, complete, and submit - Preschool Tuition Payment Preference Form

Step 3: Complete the Catholic Parish Affiliation Tuition Rate Form (if applicable)

Step 4: Gather and Submit Required Documents

• Documents may be scanned and emailed to ipesa@scswf.org.

4. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Note:

• Applications received without all required documents, forms, or applicable fees are incomplete and will not be considered until complete.

• The school reserves the right to review academic and disciplinary records.

• All new students are subject to a 30-day probationary period to confirm academic, emotional, and behavioral needs can be met.

5. ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION

• Once accepted, the enrollment deposit must be received within 14 days of acceptance notification.

• Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in revocation of acceptance.
