Diocese of Columbus Intermediate Report Card


Section 1. Introduction

The intermediate report cards present students’ performance and progress on various assignments, tests and curricular activities of all subjects.
The intermediate report card displays

  • All the subjects with corresponding grade.
  • Teacher request section to communicate with the parents.
  • A section for parents’ signature.

Section 2. Create the intermediate report card

You can easily set up the intermediate report card resource for the respective grade just like any other resources of SchoolSpeak.

  • Add members to view/edit list.
  • Select the intermediate report card template.

Section 3. Locate and customize the intermediate report card

The Intermediate Report Card link in the left-margin takes you to the Intermediate Report Card page that displays all the intermediate report cards.
You can customize the settings

  • Enter teachers name for each grade.
  • Add additional classes as required.
  • Add members to view list.
  • Other settings and configuration details on the Report Card page.

Section 4. Edit and publish the intermediate report card

Select the required report card on Intermediate Report Card page to view/edit grade information for each subject either using the autofill or entering the grade value.

  • Teachers can work on the same report cards simultaneously on the respective sections.
  • You can close and lock all or a specific report card to coordinate the teachers in creating and publishing the report cards.
  • You can generate a preview in the exact format of the diocese and print or publish as appropriate.
  • You can also send email notifications to parents and students and parents can print or view and sign the report cards online.
