Gym shoe help

Do NOT remove the tags on your gym shoes, until they are checked by the Athletic Director, Mr. Zoellner.

If your child's shoes do not pass, you have several options.

1.  Return them for another pair.
2.  Check to see if their school shoes will pass.  Then switch the gym shoes for the school shoes,
3.  See if last years gym shoes still fit.

Almost all shoes say "Non-marking",  however, until they are checked on our floor, we will not know for sure.

Some hints - rub the shoes on the floor in the store on the bottom edge, pushing aggressively.  If. they mark in the store, do not buy them.

Cheaper shoes, usually have cheaper rubber and are more likely to leave marks.
Character shoes, usually have cheaper rubber and are more likely to leave marks.
In 2011, Skechers changed the rubber in their shoes and they are more likely to leave marks.
Shaq brand shoes are more likely to leave marks.

Champion C-9, and Circo from Target have not done well so far.

Nike, Reebok, Adidas, New Balance have had a high success rate.
