study – Reenrollment forms |
| SchoolSpeak
makes it easy to conduct reenrollment. As part of reenrollment,
families need to submit many forms such as medical, emergency
forms, and new contract. Most of these forms are required
for each child in the school and sometimes in multiple copies.
Much of the data in these forms are repetitive (name of the
child, date of birth, address, details of parents) that parents
enter in each form, every year. |

SchoolSpeak forms, you can have parents enter the information
just once. No data is entered more than once. You enter the
address, details of each child exactly once. If doctor is
the same for the second child, you need not enter it again;
SchoolSpeak can pick up the doctor’s information from
the first child. |

| You
can present the form in logical order, for example, details
of household 1, household 2, detail of each child, emergency
contacts. Parents fill the form using familiar text boxes,
drop down list, and check boxes. Forms can be filled in multiple
sessions. If parent doesn’t have the insurance details
handy, he/she can skip the section and come back later. SchoolSpeak
will save the data user entered. Later, the parent can make
changes to the data already entered. Finally, when the parent
is ready to submit, SchoolSpeak validates the form and prompts
for correcting any errors or omissions. |

| Do
you need a separate form for each child? No problem. SchoolSpeak
generates all the required forms in the exact format that
the school requires. Parents can sign the form electronically,
or if the school requires, parents can be asked to print the
forms, sign and submit in the school office. School office
can print the completed forms for parents who do not have
a printer. |

| What
happens if the telephone number changes? Parent can update
the form just by changing the phone number. Administrator
can be notified by email with the exact change or the parent
can be asked to resubmit the form depending on your school
policy. |

how easy it is in the next school year! All the data entered
during the previous year is available. Parents just review
the forms, make any updates and resubmit the form saving everyone
significant amount of time. You can have a reenrollment period
for everyone to resubmit the forms. |

administrator can access all the forms and make corrections
if needed. Emergency contact sheets with just the critical
information required can be created easily from the form data.
You can extract all or part of the data and load it in a database,
spreadsheet or another program. If the first name and last
name are needed in separate fields or in one field with the
last name first, SchoolSpeak offers multiple layouts while
exporting the data. |
