Wouldn't it be great to keep the alumni data in the same system and use the same tools you use for your current students? With SchoolSpeak you easily can! At the end of school year, you can decide to remove the outgoing families, keep them or move to an alumni account. You can use the same tools to email them or print mailing labels.

Track alumni by year of graduation - 'Class of 2011', 'Class of 2012' etc.
Store information of outgoing students as well as parents. You can address 'Class of 2012' students and parents separately
Add additional fields - college attended, occupation, last contact date, last contribution
Upload pictures of each graduating class
Want more involvement from Alumni members? You can give them login access to post updates, comment or suggest plans for reunions

When some additional program is added, they inform us right away. There are so many things that we can add next year to what we are doing this year. I would recommend SchoolSpeak to any school looking for a web-based program.
