Archiving and Data Retention

If a student needs a copy of past year report card for applying for higher studies, how long does it take for you to pull out the old copy? With SchoolSpeak you can do it in a matter of seconds.

What happens to the data at the end of the school year? You can archive the data for easy access any time. You can decide what should be archived and what can be deleted. By default all student records are archived. Archives are retained as long as you continue the service.
