Lunch Ordering

Does your school have a lunch program? Manage it using SchoolSpeak Lunch Ordering module. It is very flexible.

Publish lunch menu and price online
Have different price levels, for example regular student price, teacher price and discounted student price and define who is eligible for each price level
Select from configurable ordering modes:
1. Accept daily orders before a cut off time, for example 8am
2. Allow only block order, for example order 2 weeks at a time. The block range and cutoff date for ordering can be selected for each block
3. Teacher can take lunch count with attendance or adjust lunch orders
Multiple payment modes
1. Online payment
2. Send in cheque or cash payment
3. Teacher takes lunch money in the classroom
Accept prepayment up to a maximum
Users can view current order, order history, amount spent, payment history and balance any time
SchoolSpeak can optionally send balance due reminder by email
Lunch administrator can run various reports – lunch count, detailed orders, payment history, balance report etc.
