Multiple File Upload Made Simple

Have you tried to make a slide show of pictures on SchoolSpeak? Did your school have a concert, field day, special event like an Easter Egg hunt? Maybe a grade level had a special event - First Communion, class trip or special classroom visit? Or do you have a number of files with important year end information that you would like to share with families?

Adding multiple files to an announcement or a webpage in SchoolSpeak makes it easy to share information with parents, highlight special events and save money on postage!

A new enhancement to SchoolSpeak makes it easier to add multiple files. Before Admins would have to decide from multiple methods how to upload the files. Now, Admins can use the same simple method to upload multiple files.

1. In an announcement or webpage, click on EDIT and complete the required fields. Scroll to the bottom on the page.

2. Click Add Attachment

3. Click Select File to locate the file and click Open

4. Click Upload File

5. Click Update/Add to save

5. To upload another file - repeat steps 2-5 until done

If the files are pictures, then they will appear as a slide show (great time to add it as a homepage banner!)
