Time for archiving!
What is archiving? It is the simple process of saving the last school year's information and preparing
SchoolSpeak for the next year! 
 
 
Schools may complete the archive process on their own or ask SchoolSpeak support to run the archive
 
*Please note that if SchoolSpeak support assists with the archive schools will still have some homework
   1. Move in new students
   2. Remove withdrawn students (not including graduates)
   3. Review the student lists after promotion
   4. Add/Remove/Modify teacher permissions 
 
 
Don't forget SchoolSpeak support is available all summer to answer any questions you may have!
