My Hot Lunchbox 2023-2024 Line Up and Info| Ordering Open

Dear SCS School Community,

My Hot Lunchbox is back! Order lunch from a wide variety of options provided by your favorite local restaurants. Lunch ordering is now open for the 8/21/2023 - 12/31/2023 ordering period.

2023-2024 Lunch Line Up

Monday – Culver’s

Tuesday – Moe’s Southwest Grill

Wednesday – Chick-fil-a

Thursday – Panera Bread

Friday – Johnny’s Pizza

Wednesday, August 16 is an early dismissal and no lunch is served. Thursday, August 17 and Friday, August 18 there is no MyHotLunchBox delivery. Please be sure to send your child a lunch.
 
To begin ordering lunches, click the link below and follow the instructions on the attached registration letter to create your free account. Ordering cut-off is at 12:00 noon the day before each lunch delivery .

Important information:

To add, cancel or edit an order prior to the ordering deadline (12:00 pm, noon, the day before delivery), go to your My Hot Lunchbox account, and click on ‘Lunch Calendar’. Select the day and the profile you want to make changes for on the calendar.

  1. To add an order: Please watch this one-minute tutorial on how to place an order in our system.
  2. To delete an order: Once you have selected the day and the profile you want to delete an order for on the Lunch Calendar, click “Delete”. A pop-up window should appear asking if you’re sure you want to delete this order; click “Yes”.
  3. To edit an order: Once you have selected the day and the profile you want to edit an order for on the Lunch Calendar, click “Edit”. This will take you to the lunch menu for that particular day where you can make changes or add to your order. Don't forget to check out after you have made changes/additions.
What if I need to cancel an order after the noon deadline?
MHLB try to be as accommodating with our ordering deadline as possible, but unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders after 12:00 PM (noon) the day prior to delivery. If you find that you need to make arrangements for an order past this deadline, we recommend contacting your school. Each school has its own policies.
 
If you are ordering through a subscription for the year, this does not cover the season of Lent, including Ash Wednesday and each Friday. A parent will have to order for the season of Lent separately when the order window opens for that time period.  If you do not go back in and order for the Lenten period your child will not receive a lunch.
