Please Begin Your 2024-2025 Registration Process Here (PreK 4 & Kindergarten - 8th Grade)

Welcome to the 2024-2025 Admission Process!
 
Thank you for applying to St. Catherine of Siena Catholic School for the 2024-2025 school year. 
 
Only one parent from each family needs to complete these tasks.
 
KINDERGARTEN - 8 NEW FAMILY (PRESCHOOL APPLICANTS Scroll to the bottom):
 
STEP 1:  Please complete the Online Application
 
STEP 2:  Please complete the Tuition Payment Preference Form 

  • All families interested in any form of discount, including the Catholic Tuition Rate, Multi-Child discount, or even the 2% "Paid-in-Full” discount must also apply for the NC Opportunity Scholarship .
STEP 3: New Families: Set up a FACTS Account for scheduling tuition payments unless you are paying in full.
  • If not paying tuition in full by May 1, you will need your FACTS payment plan number that starts with a "1" see below.
  • Link to set up FACTS account for tuition payments: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3GH56
  • If paying in full there is no need for a FACTS Account.  
STEP 4: Please complete the Catholic Parish Affiliation Tuition Rate Form  (if applicable) 
  • All families interested in any form of discount, including the Catholic Tuition Rate, Multi-Child discount, or even the 2% "Paid-in-Full” discount must also apply for the NC Opportunity Scholarship .
STEP 5:  Please gather/complete and submit the following to the school office:
 
Required documents (can be scanned and emailed to ipesa@scswf.org):   
  • Submit a copy of Birth Certificate and Immunization Records 
  • Submit a copy of Baptismal Record and First
    Communion (if applicable)
The following forms should be printed out, completed and returned to ipesa@scswf.org:  
Documents that help move the process along faster (can be scanned and emailed to ipesa@scswf.org ) :
  • Recent Report Card and/or Progress Report
  • Copy of IEP and Assessments related to specific needs
All forms must be completed, submitted and the application fee paid to move to the next step which is an assessment scheduled.
