Recording of SchoolSpeak Forms Webinar

Hello,
 
Missed the webinar on SchoolSpeak Forms or want to review it again, here is a recording of the session: 
 
 
Also, you can access the sample forms discussed during the session:
Basketball Registration Form:
Use the parent login given below to try it. 
 
Parent Survey:
Use the parent login given below.
 
Visitor Inquiry Form:
Can be submitted by a visitor. Don't need a login to try. 
 
Admission Form:
Can be accessed by visitor, but need to submit visitor login. You can use the parent login given below. 
 
Donate Now:
Can be submitted by a visitor. Don't need a login to use.
 
Parent login:
Login: dbradford
Password: dbradford
 
To check out the form as an administrator, use the teacher login:
Login: teacherdemo
Password: demoteacher
 
Review the configuration in the settings page.
'Edit' page is for adding/modifying fields.
Use 'Preview' for viewing the form as administrator, without filling in the data.
 
Please:
  • Do not leave changes so that the next person checking the forms after you will find the expected behavior. If you make changes to check out configuration, remember to revert them back. Added new fields? Delete them when you are done.

  • Do not enter your personal information in the forms!! 
If you mess up the forms by mistake, don't worry.  It is not a big deal. We will be happy that you checked out the samples! Just let us know and we will put the forms back.
