You can copy and modify the instructions.
 
To add additional student or parent data fields, please contact SchoolSpeak support. You will need to provide information on what fields to be added and their properties. Read this document for sample additional student and parent data fields.
 
Emergency forms can be printed using [Admin] => 'Emergency Report' tool
 
 
Emergency form cannot use all profile fields. This document lists the fields supported.
