Creating the Volunteer Calendar resource in any of the following ways as appropriate:

• In the respective Grade group
• In the School group
• Create a new group for parent Teacher Conference

Setting up the Volunteer Calendar resource either to Online or Offline

• Using the Instructions and Configurations link on the Settings page, you can specify the conference details such as a message, date and time, email reminder, lock period etc.
• Using the Add/Modify Entries link, you can add any number of conference entries and set your conference either for an individual group or multiple groups.

Customizing the Volunteer Calendar resource
You can select members/groups with different levels of permissions such as view, edit, and signup the events entries.
