Adding or Updating Announcements

Announcements/Bulletins are similar to Webpages, but Announcements/Bulletins have a start and end date for posts. These posts are will drop off of the homepage after the To date expires, but can be accessed under the Change Date dropdown, by going to All Past Ones.
  1. Click on the New button on the homepage of the Announcements resource

  2. In Message on the homepage, write the title/name of the post

  3. Enter the post of the start date in the From field and the end date in the To field

  4. Add Content into the Content text field. This is where text, images, tables, or other content should be entered.

  5. Configure tracking (admins and teachers can use tracking to see who has viewed or even acknowleged/E-Signed) under Manage Tracking


  6. Configure embedding or redirecting another webpage under Embed or Redirect


  7. Add attachments to be downloaded under Add attachments 


  8. Click Add
