Add the time slots available to the parents

  1. Once this resource is created, it will appear in the left hand QuickLinks of that group. Select that resource from the list.
  2. Click on Add/Modify Entries at the top of the page.

  3. Enter the Starts On and Ends On as the date of the first conference
  4. Enter the Starts On Time as the time the first conference slot will begin
  5. Enter the Ends On Time as the time the first conference slot will end. 

  6. Click [+] Recurrence


  7. (Optional) If the conferences are on multiple days, check Repeat this entry on multiple days 
  8.  Under Recurrence Pattern, leave the setting Recur every [X] week(s) on 1
  9. Select the days that the conferences will be on
  10. Under Range of Recurrence, change the radio button option to End By and set the date of the last conference time slot

  11. Click Repeat entries on the same day
  12. Under Repeat Ever [X] Minutes, enter the duration of the conferences (ex 15 minutes) 
  13. Click the radio button End By and enter the time the last conference slot should end. (NOTE: the time must have the format HH:MM AM or PM. If a space is not typed between the minute and the AM/PM, an error will occur. )

  14. (Optional) Under Notes, enter  Parent Teacher Conferences or a note for parents to show under each time slot.
  15. Click Add
  16. The events are now added. 

  17. To see the items added, scroll down towards the bottom of the screen
