Copy the Added Time Slots to Other Parent Teacher Conference Resources

  1. Click on the Parent Teacher Conferences where the time slots have already been added under the left QuickLinks

  2. Click Add/Modify Entries

  3. Scroll down to the section Search and Edit Entries
  4. Verify the date range includes the dates the added entries are 

  5. Click Copy/Move Entries

  6. On the popup window, Check the boc Copy/Move Entries to Other Resources and select the next Parent Teacher Conference for the next grade


  7. Under Select Entries to Copy/Move, From [], enter the date of the first conference time slot
  8. Under Select Entries to Copy/Move, To [], enter the date of the last conference time slot
  9. Under Start new Entries on [], enter the date the first copied time slot should begin

  10. Under Please Select, click Copy Entries
  11. Copy Assignees should stay  set to No

  12. Click OK
