Adding Items to the Calendar

Adding Events to a calendar
  1. Click Edit

  2.  Enter the Start Date, End Date, Start Time and End time

  3. Under Subject, enter the title of the event 
  4. Click [+] More Options

  5. (Optional) Write the location of the event in the Location text field
  6. Write any details or additional information that may be required for this event listing.
  7. Paste a weblink into the URL field to include a website page relating to the event. 
  8. If needed, setup recurrence by clicking [+] Recurrence


  9. Click Add

The event will appear on the calendar as shown below. When members click on the event, a window with more detailed information about the event will display, as shown below. When members click on the More link, they will be redirected to the weblink that was inserted when the event was added.
