This email applies only to schools that need to submit the NCEA report by October 1st. (If you are not familiar with the NCEA report, this email doesn’t apply to you.)

If you are part of a diocesan implementation of SchoolSpeak, you may be required to use another diocesan data collection tool on SchoolSpeak. If your diocese requires you to use the ‘NCEA Report’ tool, you will need to submit the report online. You will find a  [Submit Data to Diocese] button in the ‘Run report’ section. If you are not part of a diocesan implementation of SchoolSpeak, use the [Download Summary CSV] button to download a CSV file to send data to your diocese.

The tool lets you enter data directly in the page or calculate them from the user profile. If you want SchoolSpeak to maintain the data in the member profile, the tool has an optional section to add any missing fields. If you already have one or more fields with NCEA data, you will need to map the fields. Please refer to the attached document ‘NCEA data mapping’ for more information.
